The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It must be narrated by a first-person character, such as a protagonist, re-teller, witness, or peripheral character.
- Alternatively, in a visual storytelling medium, the first-person perspective is a graphical perspective rendered through a character's visual field, so the camera is "seeing" out of a character's eyes.
- A classic example of a first-person protagonist narrator is Charlotte Brontë's Jane Eyre, in which the title character is telling the story in which she herself is also the protagonist: "I could not unlove him now, merely because I found that he had ceased to notice me".
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The First-person narrative article was read about 51,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 64 and blocks with 39: each hit it takes is cut by 16 %.
