The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The capital city is Hpa-An, also spelled Pa-An.
- The terrain of the state is mountainous, with the Dawna Range running along the state in a NNW–SSE direction, and the southern end of the Karen Hills in the northwest.
- It is bordered by the Mae Hong Son, Tak, and Kanchanaburi provinces of Thailand to the east, Mon State and Bago Region to the west and south, and Mandalay Region, Shan State and Kayah State to the north.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Kayin State article was read about 46,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 69 and blocks with 62: each hit it takes is cut by 25 %.
