Electric potential, an Uncommon card
Electric potential, also known as the electrostatic potential or electric field potential, is a field of scalar quantities through space, often denoted with the letter φ or V, that gives, for each point in space, the electric potential energy per unit of electric charge that a point charge would have if it was located…

In a duel, each round asks a question like these about the opposing card, with 15 seconds to answer.
The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The difference in electric potential energy U, U = U B − U A, that a charged particle of charge q would have between two points A and B in a static electric field, equals q times the difference V B − V A of the electric potentials at A and B: U B − U A = q ×.
- More precisely, electric potential is the amount of work needed to move a test charge from a reference point to a specific point in a static electric field, normalized to a unit of charge.
- The test charge used is small enough that disturbance to the field-producing charges is unnoticeable, and its motion across the field is supposed to proceed with negligible acceleration, so as to avoid the test charge acquiring kinetic energy or producing radiation.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Electric potential article was read about 130,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 65 and blocks with 47: each hit it takes is cut by 19 %.
How to get Electric potential
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
