- The coastal zone of Cebu is identified as a site of highest marine biodiversity importance in the Coral Triangle.
- Its capital and largest city is Cebu City, nicknamed "the Queen City of the South", is the oldest city and first capital of the Philippines, which is politically independent from the provincial government along with Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu City.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Cebu article was read about 250,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 86 and blocks with 84: each hit it takes is cut by 34 %.
How to get Cebu
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
