Frequently asked questions

What does the US states quiz ask?

Half of the questions ask for the capital of a state, the others show a state highlighted on the map or the state flag. Wrong answers are other states.

Is the state capital the largest city?

Often not: Albany, Sacramento, Springfield or Tallahassee are capitals but not the largest city of their state. That is what makes the state capitals quiz tricky.

Is there a new US states quiz every day?

Yes, 20 new questions every day, the same for everyone. A state comes back only once the others have been asked.
