The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- An automobile mechanic by profession, Magsaysay was appointed military governor of Zambales after serving as a guerrilla leader during the Pacific War.
- He then served two terms as Liberal Party congressman for Zambales's at-large district before being appointed Secretary of National Defense by President Elpidio Quirino.
- He was eventually elected as president under the banner of the Nacionalista Party, the youngest to be elected to the position, and second youngest overall.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Ramon Magsaysay article was read about 180,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 78 and blocks with 76: each hit it takes is cut by 30 %.
