The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Located in the southwestern part of the country, it is one of the largest cities in the Sahara.
- The city also serves as the administrative and economic center of Mauritania.
- Once a mid-sized coastal village, Nouakchott was selected as the capital for the nascent nation of Mauritania, with construction beginning in 1958.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Nouakchott article was read about 190,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 74 and blocks with 80: each hit it takes is cut by 32 %.
