The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The larger the margin of error, the less confidence one should have that a poll result would reflect the result of a simultaneous census of the entire population.
- The margin of error will be positive whenever a population is incompletely sampled and the outcome measure has positive variance, which is to say, whenever the measure varies.
- The term margin of error is often used in non-survey contexts to indicate observational error in reporting measured quantities.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Margin of error article was read about 48,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 60 and blocks with 29: each hit it takes is cut by 12 %.
How to get Margin of error
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
