The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

As of 1 January 2017, Malagasy citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 50 countries and territories, ranking the Malagasy passport 86th in terms of travel freedom according to the Henley visa restrictions index.

Why it is Common

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Malagasy passport article was read about 2,900 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 32 and blocks with 21: each hit it takes is cut by 8 %.
