The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Mahmud was known by his honorific title Yamin al-Dawla.
- At the time of his death, his kingdom had been transformed into an extensive military empire, which extended from present-day northwestern Iran proper to the Punjab in the Indian subcontinent and Khwarazm in Transoxiana.
- Highly Persianized, Mahmud continued the bureaucratic, political, and cultural customs of his predecessors, the Samanids.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Mahmud of Ghazni article was read about 260,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 89 and blocks with 97: each hit it takes is cut by 39 %.
