The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Khujand is one of the oldest cities in Central Asia, dating back about 2,500 years to the Persian Empire.
- Situated on the Syr Darya river at the mouth of the Fergana Valley, Khujand was a major city along the ancient Silk Road.
- After being captured by Alexander the Great in 329 BC, it was renamed Alexandria Eschate and has since been part of various empires in history, including the Umayyad Caliphate, the Mongol Empire and the Russian Empire.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Khujand article was read about 55,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 68 and blocks with 62: each hit it takes is cut by 25 %.
How to get Khujand
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
