Decebalus, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• He is known for fighting three wars, with varying success, against the Roman Empire under two emperors.
• After raiding south across the Danube, he defeated a Roman invasion in the reign of Domitian, securing a period of independence during which Decebalus consolidated his rule.
• When Trajan came to power, his armies invaded Dacia to weaken its threat to the Roman border territories of Moesia.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Decebalus article was read about 54,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 65 and blocks with 65: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
