The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- A funnel cloud is usually visible as a cone-shaped or needle like protuberance from the main cloud base.
- Funnel clouds form most frequently in association with supercell thunderstorms, and are often, but not always, a visual precursor to tornadoes.
- Funnel clouds are visual phenomena, but these are not the vortex of wind itself.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Funnel cloud article was read about 47,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 58 and blocks with 35: each hit it takes is cut by 14 %.
