A more involved ______ supports arbitrary complex numbers as base and exponent.
Answer
definition. A more involved definition supports arbitrary complex numbers as base and exponent. From the Exponentiation article on Wikipedia.
Which of these cards hits hardest (highest ATK)?
Answer
Scientific Revolution. Scientific Revolution 89 · Exponentiation 86 · Polymer 81 · Last Glacial Period 77 ATK in WikiCards.
In a duel, each round asks a question like these about the opposing card, with 15 seconds to answer.
The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- When n is a positive integer, exponentiation corresponds to repeated multiplication of the base: that is, bn is the product of multiplying b by itself n times: b n = b × b × ⋯ × b × b ⏟ n times. The definition of exponentiation can be extended in a natural way to define b x for any positive real number base b and any real number exponent x.
- A more involved definition supports arbitrary complex numbers as base and exponent.
- Other generalizations allow algebraic objects, such as square matrices, to be the base.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Exponentiation article was read about 170,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 86 and blocks with 73: each hit it takes is cut by 29 %.
How to get Exponentiation
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
