The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was invented and developed in 1995 and first released on November 1, 1996, in Japan.
- The medium can store any kind of digital data and has been widely used to store video programs, software and other computer files.
- DVDs offer significantly higher storage capacity than compact discs while having the same dimensions.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The DVD article was read about 420,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 82 and blocks with 95: each hit it takes is cut by 38 %.
