The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- They are sometimes known as relic neutrinos or sometimes abbreviated CNB or CνB, where the symbol ν is the Greek letter nu, standard particle physics symbol for a neutrino.
- The CνB is a relic of the Big Bang, while the cosmic microwave background radiation dates from when the universe was 379,000 years old, the CνB decoupled from matter when the universe was just one second old.
- It is estimated that today, the CνB has a temperature of roughly 1.95 K. As neutrinos rarely interact with matter, these neutrinos still exist today.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Cosmic neutrino background article was read about 18,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 63 and blocks with 38: each hit it takes is cut by 15 %.
How to get Cosmic neutrino background
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
