The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Throughout the history of Africa, Africans have developed their own local architectural traditions.
- In some cases, broader regional styles can be identified, such as the Sudano-Sahelian architecture of West Africa.
- A common theme in traditional African architecture is the use of fractal scaling: small parts of the structure tend to look similar to larger parts, such as a circular village made of circular houses.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Architecture of Africa article was read about 26,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 89 and blocks with 90: each hit it takes is cut by 36 %.
