Le Monde, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• It is the most widely read paid national daily newspaper in France, with 2.44 million readers in 2021, and the most widely circulated, with around 5 000 000 subscribers, including 414,000 digital subscribers and 87,000 print subscribers.
• It presents itself as a "newspaper of record".
• Former editor Éric Fottorino preferred not to describe the newspaper as a "newspaper of record", stating instead that it was "not just any newspaper", but rather one that "claims to become the reference, an alloy of competence and editorial independence built over several decades".

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Le Monde article was read about 110,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 89 and blocks with 90: each hit it takes is cut by 36 %.

Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
