The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- During Fujimori's tenure, the Peruvian Armed Forces repressed the far-left guerrilla group Shining Path, halting the group's actions while also killing thousands of civilians.
- Fujimori became known for his neoliberal political and economic ideology of Fujimorism, which pushed a free market economy and social conservatism.
- He also collaborated with the head of the National Intelligence Service, Vladimiro Montesinos, to consolidate power and eliminate political opponents.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Alberto Fujimori article was read about 860,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 91 and blocks with 97: each hit it takes is cut by 39 %.
