Wolfgang Schüssel, a Common card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• He was Chancellor of Austria for two consecutive terms from February 2000 to January 2007.
• While being recognised as a rare example of an active reformer in contemporary Austrian politics, his governments were also highly controversial from the beginning, starting with the fact that he formed a coalition government with Jörg Haider's Freedom Party of Austria on both occasions.
• In 2011, he retired from being an active member of parliament due to a multitude of charges of corruption against members of his governments.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Wolfgang Schüssel article was read about 13,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 67 and blocks with 53: each hit it takes is cut by 21 %.
