The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- For the distribution of property not determined by a will, see inheritance and intestacy.
- Though it has been thought that a "will" historically applied only to real property, while "testament" applied only to personal property, records show the terms have been used interchangeably.
- Thus, the word "will" validly applies to both personal and real property.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Will and testament article was read about 100,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 71 and blocks with 49: each hit it takes is cut by 20 %.
