The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was probably founded around 1100 by Simon de Senlis, Earl of Northampton.
- In 1113, possession passed to Prince David of Scotland when he married Simon's widow.
- The castle then descended with the Scottish princes until the early 13th century, when it was confiscated by King John of England.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Fotheringhay Castle article was read about 99,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 63 and blocks with 57: each hit it takes is cut by 23 %.
