The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was especially popular in Italy from the 13th to 16th centuries, often as a specialised form of votive portrait, it is also found in other countries and later art, especially Spain and Latin America.
- Usually the Virgin is standing alone, though if angels hold up the cloak, she is free to hold the infant Christ.
- She is typically about twice the size of the other figures.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Virgin of Mercy article was read about 16,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 56 and blocks with 38: each hit it takes is cut by 15 %.
