The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- He was a member of the Assembly of Experts, the body responsible for choosing the Supreme Leader, where he headed a minority faction.
- He had been called 'the most conservative' and the most 'powerful' clerical oligarch in Iran's leading center of religious learning, the city of Qom.
- Many of his students have gone on to "occupy sensitive administrative and security posts" in the Islamic Republic, serving as "guardians" of Islamic government.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Taqi Yazdi article was read about 24,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 70 and blocks with 76: each hit it takes is cut by 30 %.
