Saṃsāra, a Rare card
Saṃsāra is a Sanskrit word that means "wandering" as well as "world," wherein the term connotes "cyclic change" or, less formally, "running around in circles." In the context of Indian religions and philosophies, saṃsāra is the concept of all beings experiencing an ongoing cycle of death, life, and rebirth.

Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Saṃsāra article was read about 350,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 78 and blocks with 97: each hit it takes is cut by 39 %.
