The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- As a single skater, he is the 1996 U.S. national champion, 1987 World Junior Champion, and 1996 World Bronze medalist.
- As a pairs skater, he competed with Kristi Yamaguchi and was the 1988 World Junior Champion and the 1989 and 1990 U.S. National Champion.
- He is the first openly gay skating champion in the United States, though US, World and Olympic champion Brian Boitano came out long after his career was over.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Rudy Galindo article was read about 36,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 65 and blocks with 46: each hit it takes is cut by 18 %.
