The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It refers to both a cooking method of frying and the dish cooked in that way.
- The process involves slowly cooking meat in spiced coconut milk in an uncovered pot or pan until the oil separates, allowing the dish to fry in its own sauce, coating the meat in a rich, flavorful glaze.
- Rooted in Malay and Minangkabau, rendang developed at the cultural crossroads of the Malacca Strait.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Rendang article was read about 88,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 85 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
