The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Pyroxenes have the general formula XY2O6, where X represents ions of calcium, sodium, iron or magnesium and more rarely zinc, manganese or lithium, and Y represents ions of smaller size, such as chromium, aluminium, magnesium, cobalt, manganese, scandium, titanium, vanadium or even iron.
- Although aluminium substitutes extensively for silicon in silicates such as feldspars and amphiboles, the substitution occurs only to a limited extent in most pyroxenes.
- They share a common structure consisting of single chains of silica tetrahedra.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Pyroxene article was read about 58,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 60 and blocks with 39: each hit it takes is cut by 16 %.
How to get Pyroxene
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
