The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was published with Northanger Abbey on 20 December 1817, six months after her death, although the title page is dated 1818.
- The story concerns Anne Elliot, a 27-year-old Englishwoman whose family moves to Bath to lower their expenses and reduce their debt by renting their estate to an admiral and his wife.
- Eight years before, Anne and the wife's brother, Captain Frederick Wentworth, had been engaged, but Anne had been persuaded by her friends and family to break the engagement.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Persuasion article was read about 320,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 79 and blocks with 74: each hit it takes is cut by 30 %.
