The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Following the withdrawal of Dutch colonial rule from Dutch New Guinea in 1962, the United Nations oversaw a short transitional period before Indonesia took full control in 1963.
- Since then, Papuan fighters have launched a low-intensity armed resistance targeting the military and police, alongside acts of civil resistance and peaceful protests.
- Many Papuans seek full independence or unification with Papua New Guinea, raising the Morning Star flag in defiance of Indonesian repression.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Papua conflict article was read about 130,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 81 and blocks with 85: each hit it takes is cut by 34 %.
