The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- In the modern day an orangery could refer to either a conservatory or greenhouse built to house fruit trees, or a conservatory or greenhouse meant for another purpose.
- The orangery provided a luxurious extension of the normal range and season of woody plants, extending the protection which had long been afforded by the warmth offered from a masonry fruit wall.
- During the 17th century, fruit trees such as orange, pomegranate, and banana trees arrived in huge quantities at European ports.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Orangery article was read about 63,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 67 and blocks with 66: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
