The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Early in his career, both before and after fighting in the Franco-Prussian War, Redon worked almost exclusively in charcoal and lithography, works known as his noirs.
- He gained recognition after his drawings were mentioned in the 1884 novel À rebours by Joris-Karl Huysmans.
- During the 1890s, Redon began working in pastel and oil, which quickly became his favorite medium, abandoning his previous style of noirs completely after 1900.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Odilon Redon article was read about 87,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 70 and blocks with 66: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
