Northern Wei, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• The first of the Northern dynasties, it ruled northern China from 386 to 535 AD during the period of the Northern and Southern dynasties.
• Described as "part of an era of political turbulence and intense social and cultural change", the Northern Wei dynasty is particularly noted for unifying northern China in 439 AD, bringing an end to the chaotic Sixteen Kingdoms period, and strengthening imperial control over the rural landscape via reforms in 485 AD.
• This was also a period of introduced foreign ideas, such as Buddhism, which became firmly established.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Northern Wei article was read about 100,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 82 and blocks with 80: each hit it takes is cut by 32 %.
