The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- This hypothesis, advanced by Karl Penka, Hermann Hirt, Gustaf Kossinna and others, had some success in the late 19th century and the early 20th century.
- However, given its association with Nazism, and even more decisively given the subsequent rise of the Kurgan hypothesis, it is now a fringe theory only supported by a minority of scholars, typically in a variant known as the Neolithic creolisation hypothesis.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The North European hypothesis article was read about 6,200 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 53 and blocks with 36: each hit it takes is cut by 14 %.
