The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Some of these writings were cited as scripture by early Christians, but since the fifth century a widespread consensus has emerged limiting the New Testament to the 27 books of the modern canon.
- Protestant churches generally do not view the New Testament apocrypha as part of the Bible.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The New Testament apocrypha article was read about 150,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 73 and blocks with 50: each hit it takes is cut by 20 %.
