The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Mutesa was also the Kabaka of the traditional kingdom of Buganda in Uganda from 22 November 1939 until his death in 1969.
- He was often referred as King Freddie by the foreign press, a name rarely used in Uganda.
- Mutesa's defence of Bagandan interests and traditional autonomy led to conflicts with his erstwhile political ally Milton Obote, who would eventually overthrow him.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Mutesa II of Buganda article was read about 57,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 69 and blocks with 49: each hit it takes is cut by 20 %.
