The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Founded in 1642 as Ville-Marie, or "City of Mary", it now takes its name from Mount Royal, the triple-peaked mountain around which the early settlement was built.
- The city is centred on the Island of Montreal and a few, much smaller, peripheral islands, the largest of which is Île Bizard.
- It lies 196 kilometres east of the national capital, Ottawa, and 258 kilometres southwest of the provincial capital, Quebec City.
Why it is Legendary
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Montreal article was read about 1,200,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 95 and blocks with 74: each hit it takes is cut by 30 %.
How to get Montreal
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
