- It consists mainly of high-rise residential condominiums and office complexes which were mostly developed by UEM Sunrise Berhad, a well-known property development arm of UEM Group.
- It is located in the heart of Klang Valley, halfway between Kepong and downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Mont Kiara article was read about 18,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 57 and blocks with 43: each hit it takes is cut by 17 %.
