- Project MKUltra began in 1953 and was halted in 1972.
- MKUltra used numerous methods to manipulate its subjects' mental states and brain functions, such as the covert administration of high doses of psychoactive drugs and other chemicals without the subjects' consent.
Why it is Legendary
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The MKUltra article was read about 2,200,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 87 and blocks with 89: each hit it takes is cut by 36 %.
