The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• He began playing in hard rock bands in the New York City area, notably Dust and Estus.
• He was asked to drum for the punk rock band Richard Hell and the Voidoids.
• He replaced drummer Tommy Ramone in the Ramones in 1978 and played with the band from 1978 to 1983 and 1987 to 1996: their longest-serving drummer.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Marky Ramone article was read about 210,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 63 and blocks with 49: each hit it takes is cut by 20 %.
