Mansion, an Uncommon card
A mansion is a large dwelling house. The word itself derives through Old French from the Latin word mansio "dwelling", an abstract noun derived from the verb manere "to dwell".

The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The English word manse originally defined a property large enough for the parish priest to maintain himself, but a mansion is usually no longer self-sustaining in this way.
- Manor comes from the same root, territorial holdings granted to a lord who would "remain" there.
- Following the fall of Rome, the practice of building unfortified villas ceased.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Mansion article was read about 110,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 61 and blocks with 37: each hit it takes is cut by 15 %.
How to get Mansion
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
