The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It is the seventh-largest dam in the world.
- The fort of Mangla, which sits at the mouth of the dam, serves as its namesake.
- In November 1961, the project's selected contractors were revealed, it was announced that Binnie & Partners, a British engineering firm, was going to serve as the lead designers, engineers, and inspectors for the construction of the dam.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Mangla Dam article was read about 44,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 65 and blocks with 62: each hit it takes is cut by 25 %.
