The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The banditry endemic to the Northeast of Brazil, called Cangaço, had origins in the late 19th century but was particularly prevalent in the 1920s and 1930s.
- Lampião led a band of up to 100 cangaceiros, who occasionally took over small towns and who fought a number of successful actions against paramilitary police when heavily outnumbered.
- Lampião's exploits and reputation turned him into a folk hero, the Brazilian equivalent of Jesse James or Pancho Villa.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Lampião article was read about 52,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 67 and blocks with 67: each hit it takes is cut by 27 %.
