The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was founded in the 6th century and covered the territory later occupied by the counties of Essex, Middlesex, much of Hertfordshire and west Kent.
- The last king of Essex was Sigered of Essex, who in 825 ceded the kingdom to Ecgberht, King of Wessex.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Kingdom of Essex article was read about 40,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 67 and blocks with 64: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
