The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Originally a bare-knuckle boxer, he became noted for his role in mutual combat street fight videos in the 2000s which were spread online, leading Rolling Stone to call him "The King of the Web Brawlers".
- Turning to mixed martial arts in 2005, Slice left the underground fighting scene and signed a professional contract with EliteXC after making his MMA debut with Cage Fury Fighting Championships in 2007, scoring a win over MMA pioneer and former UFC heavyweight contender Tank Abbott in 2008.
- In 2009, he joined the UFC by competing in The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights, where he lost in his first fight to eventual series winner Roy Nelson.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Kimbo Slice article was read about 500,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 79 and blocks with 78: each hit it takes is cut by 31 %.
