John Barth, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• His most highly regarded and influential works were published in the 1960s, and include The Sot-Weed Factor, a whimsical retelling of Maryland's colonial history, Giles Goat-Boy, a satirical fantasy in which a university is a microcosm of the Cold War world, and Lost in the Funhouse, a self-referential and experimental collection of short stories.
• He was co-recipient of the National Book Award in 1973 for his episodic novel Chimera.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The John Barth article was read about 48,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 73 and blocks with 68: each hit it takes is cut by 27 %.

Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
