The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- People in Jieyang speak Chaoshan Min distinct from neighbouring Yue speakers.
- It is historically important as the hometown of many overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia.
- It borders Shantou to the east, Chaozhou to the northeast, Meizhou to the north, Shanwei to the west, and looks out to the South China Sea to the south.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Jieyang article was read about 27,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 70 and blocks with 60: each hit it takes is cut by 24 %.
