The facts on the card

- About two-thirds were U.S. citizens.
- These actions were initiated by Executive Order 9066, issued by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on February 19, 1942, following Imperial Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
- About 127,000 Japanese Americans then lived in the continental U.S., of which about 112,000 lived on the West Coast.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Internment of Japanese Americans article was read about 420,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 98 and blocks with 91: each hit it takes is cut by 36 %.
