The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Established in 1950, they are under the purview of the Ministry of Education of the Government of India and are governed by the Institutes of Technology Act, 1961.
- The Act designates them as Institutes of National Importance and lays down their powers, duties, and governance framework as the country's premier institutions in the field of technology.
- There are currently 23 IITs functioning under this act.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Indian Institutes of Technology article was read about 480,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 86 and blocks with 96: each hit it takes is cut by 38 %.
How to get Indian Institutes of Technology
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
