The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It meant a country should be able to preserve a certain amount of freedom of action internationally.
- There was no set definition of non-alignment, which meant the term was interpreted differently by different politicians and governments, and varied in different contexts.
- The overall aims and principles found consensus among the movement members.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The India and the Non-Aligned Movement article was read about 15,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 66 and blocks with 64: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
